GFV Editorial – Transcript Proofreading Rates

We follow industry standards for transcript proofreading using PDF files. Your transcript will be carefully reviewed with corrections provided via annotated PDF or errata sheet format — your choice.

Rates:

• Regular Turnaround (3–4 business days): $0.45 per page

• Rush Turnaround (2 business days): $0.65 per page

• Expedited/Same-Day (24 hours or less):  $0.85 per page
  (Subject to availability. Please inquire in advance.)

Minimum Fee:
$15 per job

Billing & Payment:
Invoices are sent weekly (or per job, if preferred).
Payment is accepted via PayPal.
